Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge | Carneys Point, NJ
$34–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at Autumn Lake at Memorial Bridge. Work alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while providing individualized treatment that helps residents improve mobility, regain strength, and work toward meaningful recovery goals.

What You'll Do

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through strengthening, gait training, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility activities
• Follow established treatment plans and support individualized rehabilitation goals
• Observe resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising PT
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe movement techniques
• Maintain clear and timely treatment documentation
• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident progress

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey PTA license required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative therapy team
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply
