Job Title: Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)
Location: New Windsor, NY & Monroe, NY
Experience: 2+ years
Job Type: Full-time
Overview:
Seeking an experienced NP or PA to provide high-quality care for patients with endocrine disorders in a collaborative setting. Work closely with a board-certified endocrinologist to manage conditions like diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and metabolic diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine conditions
- Provide chronic disease management (diabetes, thyroid, etc.)
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Educate patients on treatment and lifestyle changes
- Conduct follow-ups and adjust care plans
- Assist with procedures (e.g., FNA, CGM insertion)
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (NP or PA)
- Active NY license & board certification
- 2+ years clinical experience (endocrinology preferred)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $140K–$150K
- 3 weeks vacation + PTO + holidays
- CME: $2,500 + 3 days
