EDENS in Dallas, TX is seeking a Director of Investment Management to execute the strategic vision for the Regional Operating Portfolio. You will lead decision making impacting asset value and drive toward 36-month budget goals, while partnering with the Regional Lead and reporting to the Managing Director of Operations. This role requires hands-on leadership across leasing, legal and operations, with a focus on capitalization, budgeting and long-term value creation for our properties and #J-18808-Ljbffr EDENS
