Beech Mountain Resort is seeking a highly motivated Snow Tubing Manager to oversee the daily operations of our tubing facility. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of both customers and staff, maintaining the facility, and providing an exceptional guest experience. The Snow Tubing Manager is a key leadership role, managing a team of attendants and ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of the tubing facility, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for all guests
• Train, schedule, and manage the tubing attendants, including payroll responsibilities
• Communicate safety expectations to both customers and staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Conduct opening and closing procedures for the tubing facility, including snow shoveling and maintenance of conveyor lifts
• Perform consistent daily inspections of the conveyor, tubes, and tubing lanes to ensure proper operation
• Monitor guest traffic and manage crowd control to maintain a safe environment
• Use handheld radios professionally to communicate with team members and other resort departments
• Be present and attentive throughout the day to resolve issues and provide support to staff
• Ensure the tubing facility is clean, organized, and operating efficiently at all times

Requirements or Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Experience managing staff and ensuring a safe, enjoyable guest experience
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and during peak periods
• Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
