Signia by Hilton San Jose is hiring a Bellperson at its centrally located property near Plaza de Csar Chvez Park and the Convention Center. The hotel offers a prime location in the heart of Silicon Valley. Team Members enjoy a top-ranked workplace culture, career growth, and perks like health benefits and Hilton travel discounts.

The ideal candidate will have minimum one year of customer service experience, hotel and guest services experience are highly preferred. Schedule flexibility is a must.

Classification: Full-Time

Shift Pattern: Earliest start time is 7:00 AM and latest end time is 11:00 PM, weekends and holidays are required.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
