The Account Executive position qualifies prospective clients and determines if Omni Tax Solutions could provide services to assist them in resolving their tax issues. The following list outlines the essential job duties and expectations: The Role: Provides excellent customer service to all potential and current clients Calls sales leads with a high level of urgency, efficiency, and courtesy Qualify and establish the initial level of interest from prospective clients Generate initial requests through the Client Qualification Form (CQF) Negotiates and builds authentic relationships with clients while educating them on the services that Omni provides Facilitates onboarding of clients and works cohesively with Associate teams accordingly Displays accountability and dependability within the company Ideal team members: Possess extraordinary communication skills, both written and oral Can work independently with a solution‑based thought process Coachable and open to learning new methods Computer proficient and can learn new software programs Goal‑oriented and have a proven track record of exceeding quotas Self‑motivated and looking to grow within a company Able to manage time and workload effectively Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous Industry experience is required What we offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) investments Life insurance Paid Time Off Paid training Unlimited commission opportunity!
