Maintain a database of contacts, track sales efforts, and report on activities and results. Conduct presentations, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, events, etc. with prospects and current referral sources to share information about Synergy HomeCare Conduct in-home assessments and sign clients Support and grow our presence in three key geographic areas Why You'll Be a Great Fit You have a High School Diploma or GED. You have at leastfour years of outside sales experience, event planning, or experience in a position with similar responsibilities You have proven success in building relationships that contribute to achieving organizational and revenue goals You are an active listener and an effective communicator, and you have excellent interpersonal skills. This is more than a sales job, you'll be building trust-based relationships with families, referral sources, and community partners to help individuals continue to age in place. Your goals will be to create, maintain, and grow key partnerships as well as increase revenue by signing up potential clients.
