Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Benefits Administrator for a full-time, on-site position. This role is responsible for assisting members with benefit-related questions, processing claims and enrollments, and maintaining accurate benefit records.

Responsibilities

• Process dental and prescription drug claims
• Handle new enrollments, benefit changes, terminations, and dependent updates
• Assist members with questions regarding benefits, eligibility, coverage, and claims
• Research and resolve member issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate member records and supporting documentation
• Communicate with benefit providers and vendors as needed
• Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties
• Maintain confidentiality of member and benefit information

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Comfortable handling confidential information
• Benefits, insurance, claims processing, or administrative experience preferred, but not required
• Bilingual preferred
