Manufacturing Lab Assistant

Bio-Techne

Bio-Techne seeks a Manufacturing Lab Assistant to support antibody and reagent production in Minneapolis. The role involves preparing, processing, and finishing laboratory materials for manufacturing while maintaining inventory and ensuring quality compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Filter and aliquot conjugated antibodies in laminar hood environments
Label vials, prepare paperwork, and manage inventory transfers and tracking
Assist with array processing including membrane cutting and stamping
Prepare spin columns and microcentrifuge tubes for conjugate manufacturing
Maintain lab cleanliness, order supplies, and scan batch records for filing

Requirements

High school diploma or GED minimum; associate degree in biological sciences preferred
1-2 years of laboratory experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Sterile technique and pipetting skills
Ability to prioritize tasks independently and multitask in dynamic environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation: $16.80 - $23.10
