CT Technologist II

Role: CT Technologist II Responsibilities Perform X-Ray and DEXA exams, ensuring high-quality images for interpretation. Provide safe, patient-centered care, assessing patient condition and offering clear instructions. Position patients and operate equipment while adhering to radiation safety standards. Administer contrast agents, perform venipuncture, and manage adverse reactions or emergencies. Maintain compliance with regulations, quality control standards, and organizational policies. Supervise and train student and new technologists, utilizing radiology systems effectively. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of work areas, and assist with patient transport. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from accredited Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine Technology program. Current BLS certification and valid licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Florida. ARRT (R) and (CT) certification or NMTCB in (CT)/(CNMT) with ARRT (CT). Minimum of two years' CT experience, with proficiency in advanced imaging modalities such as 3D Lab, IR, or Cardiac imaging. Experience as a site proctor or in dual imaging roles is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
