Program Supervisor who knows what it looks like when kinship case management works — and who won't accept anything less from their team. What you’ll do: You’ll lead a team of Kinship Case Manager Navigators serving relative caregiver families throughout Hamilton County and the surrounding region. You’ll be in case reviews every week, in the file audits every month, and in the room when a Navigator needs help thinking through a hard case. You’ll know your team’s caseloads in detail — not because a dashboard told you, but because you’re the one keeping it that way. What does this position offer? POSITION SPECIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION

Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet any credentialing, licensing and privileging standards as it pertains to the program(s) they lead. As a Leader of Others, this role’s minimum qualifications are: 3+ years of child welfare or human services experience, with supervisory experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field (Master’s preferred) A commitment to families that doesn’t waver when the work gets hard The ability to hold high standards and high support at the same time You’re the right fit for the Program Supervisor if… You have a passion for working with youth & adolescents!
