PATH (People Assisting the Homeless)
PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) seeks a Substance Use Specialist for the Metro Rail Outreach team in Los Angeles. You will conduct street outreach on the MTA, assess needs, and link clients to housing, health, and supportive services while coordinating with local partners. Preferred candidates have a relevant bachelor’s degree and a substance use counseling certification.
