Project Executive – Mechanical Construction Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mission-critical sectors. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing multiple projects, driving operational excellence, developing project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex mechanical projects and a proven ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight for multiple mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Lead and mentor Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and project teams. Ensure projects meet financial, schedule, quality, and safety objectives. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with owners, general contractors, engineers, and key stakeholders. Collaborate with preconstruction teams on budgeting, estimating, value engineering, and project planning. Review project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project profitability, forecasting, and cash flow. Support contract negotiations, change order management, and dispute resolution. Promote continuous improvement across project delivery and operational processes. Champion company safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company standards. Assist in strategic planning, business development, and identifying future project opportunities. Qualifications 10+ years of mechanical construction experience, including leadership of large-scale projects. Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Project Executive. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems. Experience managing projects valued at $50M+ is highly desirable. Proven leadership, communication, and client management skills. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and project management software. Preferred Experience Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects and geographically dispersed teams. Knowledge of Lean Construction and BIM/VDC coordination. #J-18808-Ljbffr
