Project Executive

Futura Energy Group is proud to be partnering with a leading Texas-based General Contractor in their search for a Project Executive – Data Centers to drive the delivery of large-scale, high-performance hyperscale data centre facilities. In this role, you'll serve as the senior project leader responsible for the full lifecycle of mission-critical construction programs. You'll own client relationships, oversee multi-project portfolios, and ensure flawless execution across cost, schedule, quality, and safety. Working closely with preconstruction, operations, and business development, you'll be the driving force behind repeat work and long-term client partnerships in the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure space. What you'll do: Own end-to-end delivery of hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning. Serve as the primary executive client contact, building trusted, long-term relationships with owners and developers. Lead and mentor project teams including project managers, superintendents, and technical specialists. Monitor and drive portfolio performance across cost, schedule, quality, and safety on concurrent programs. Partner with business development and estimating to support pursuits, proposals, and contract negotiations. Identify and resolve project risks proactively, ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded. Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams. What we're looking for: Mission-critical construction leader with 10+ years of progressive project management experience, including senior-level accountability. Proven track record delivering large-scale Data Center projects ($100M+), ideally in fast-track or hyperscale environments. Deep expertise in MEP-intensive, redundancy-driven construction and commissioning processes. Strong client management skills with an established network in the data center owner/developer community. Experience in a GC, EPC, or Owner's Rep setting with demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
