Order Processor

PeopleShare has multiple openings for order processors in Malvern, PA! This position is responsible for accurately entering customer orders and maintaining order records. The ideal candidates will possess strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Order Processor Job Details:- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm
- Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
- This is a fully on site position, must live within commuting distance of Malvern, PA
- Enter and process customer orders accurately in company systems
- Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability
- Monitor order status and provide updates to customers and sales representatives
- Resolve order discrepancies and investigate shipment or billing issues
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Process order revisions, cancellations, and returns as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer and data entry skills
