Talent Specialist

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Position Summary

We are seeking a Talent Specialist to support the hiring process from sourcing through onboarding. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a positive candidate experience while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Screen resumes and assist with candidate sourcing efforts
• Manage job postings across multiple job boards and recruiting platforms
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling and next steps
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Conduct reference checks and support pre-employment processes
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Track hiring metrics and generate recruiting reports
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, human resources, or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Experience with ATS platforms, job boards, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
