Senior Documentation and Coding Education Lead
Kaiser Permanente
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a training and education professional to develop and deliver materials, assess training needs, and implement curricula for coding education programs. The role includes evaluating learning outcomes, guiding content review, and updating teams on regulatory changes to coding and documentation.
The position requires advanced knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and strong facilitation skills to support cross-functional teams and external vendors as needed.
