PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Weekdays Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness | Cuyahoga Falls, OH
Join Our In-House Rehabilitation Team!
Falls Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation department . This weekday PRN opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the chance to work alongside a collaborative team dedicated to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and mobility.
If you're passionate about delivering quality patient care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, we'd love to meet you!

- Provide individualized, evidence-based therapy interventions
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, mobility, and safety techniques
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Experience with Net Health is a plus
