Guests get thoughtfully crafted cocktails, a Michelin-chef-curated menu, plenty of screens, and broadcast-quality sound. Own the back of house — the person who makes the kitchen run right, every shift, every ticket.

What you'll do

• Own daily back-of-house operations: staffing the line, running the pass at peak, and holding the standard from open to close
• Hire, schedule, train, and develop the kitchen team; manage labor hours against budget
• Execute the chef-developed menu to spec — recipes, portions, plating — and hold the team to it as new items roll out
• Manage ordering, receiving, vendor relationships, inventory counts, and par levels; control food cost and waste against targets
• Own DOH compliance, food safety logs, temperature and labeling protocols, and equipment maintenance and repair calls
• Partner with the chef consultant on new items, costing, and kitchen systems; partner with front of house on ticket times and service flow
• Plan kitchen coverage and prep around the sports calendar — fight nights, NFL Sundays, and ticketed events

What you bring

• 4+ years in professional kitchens with 2+ years managing or running a back of house
• Proven food cost and labor management — you can read a P&L line and act on it
• NYC Food Protection Certificate (or ability to obtain before opening) and a clean DOH track record
• A builder's mentality — you'll be setting up systems from scratch, not inheriting them
• Full availability including nights, weekends, holidays, and game days
