Product Manager, Clinical Content

Job Description: The Product Manager, Clinical Content will drive the development and success of our healthcare ambulatory software products. This role will be responsible for managing one or more products and leading initiatives to enhance our solutions for outpatient care environments. Help define the product strategy and roadmap for assigned healthcare ambulatory software products. Analyze market data and user feedback to drive product improvements and innovations. Play a significant role in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to product sunset, including requirements gathering, prioritization, development, launch, and phase outs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product adoption. Prepare and present product performance reports and metrics. Write business cases and refine product roadmaps and strategies in alignment with company goals and customer needs. Mentor junior product managers and contribute to team development and best practices. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in healthcare setting, preferably in practice management and in product management or business analysis.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Experience with ambulatory care software or EHR systems preferred.
