Job Description What is the specific title of the position? Medical Receptionist Work hours? 0800-500 PST M - F Position background ? What does this position accomplish for the business? Friendly greeting and arrives patients for visits, enters registration data (demographics, insurance, etc.) Reminder Calls, scanning, various clerical duties. Please describe the team the candidate will be working with? Medical Assistants, Clinicians, Nurses. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? Friendly greeting and arrives patients for visits, enters registration data (demographics, insurance, etc) Reminder Calls, scanning, various clerical duties. What does the ideal candidate background look like? Healthcare, bilingual in Spanish, Computer Literate What skills/attributes are required? Computer Literate, fast learner, MR experience preferred What skills/attributes are preferred (what will set a candidate apart)? EPIC EMR, Bilingual in Spanish Does this position require a professional license or certification? If so please list. No What are the work hours (ex. 9am-5pm day/night shifts rotating shifts etc.)? 0800-1700 PST M - F What is the dress code (ex: business casual scrubs etc.)? Scrubs, Navy Blue preferred How would you prefer to interview? (Video phone or in person? How many rounds?)
