Among them are the American Cancer Society, the preservation of the Edison-Ford Winter Estates and the Community Cooperative Ministries (The Soup Kitchen), to name a few.Ford Certified Technicians will receive a sign on bonus!Full Job DescriptionQualifications5 years of Service Technician experience preferred, Ford Certification is a plusQualifications include Diagnostic, Electrical, and Multi MediaMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentValid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be able to pass pre-employment testing. Includes background check, MVR, and drug screenResponsibilitiesPerform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership.Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.Communicate directly with Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceOther duties may be assigned according to skill level and certificationWhat we offerTop pay!
