With over 60 designer brand stores, Outlets North Phoenix is consistently at the top of the itinerary.# ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES* Maintain all center equipment and vehicles according to guidelines established by the company. Must be able to change oil, filters, etc., without guidance.* Maintain all common areas of the center, including the public restrooms and parking lots, trash removal and curb sweeping, to the standards set by the company for acceptable maintenance..* Operating sweepers, scrubbers, and pressure washer.* Maintain a safe and very organized maintenance shop, ensuring certain equipment and supplies are easily accessible and in good repair.* Maintain a working knowledge of all safety procedures established for the center.* Maintain the misting system – replacing mister heads when not spraying properly.* Interacts professionally with the public, vendors, and center staff; maintains effective working relationships and works· in cooperation with the management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.* Insure complete working knowledge and familiarity of all center Emergency Procedures.* Perform all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE*** One year of semi-skilled maintenance experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties required* High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)**CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES*** Valid Driver's License**Outlets North Phoenix** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
