THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE OFFICE JOB You’ll be the heartbeat of the operation — coordinating drivers, solving problems in real time, and working directly with hospitals, case managers, and medical staff. What You’ll Be Doing Dispatching and routing drivers efficiently Handling high-volume calls with professionalism Communicating with hospitals, facilities & case managers Solving last-minute issues (and there will be some) Keeping drivers accountable and on schedule Managing the flow of a fast-moving operation What We’re Looking For We need someone with energy, confidence, and control. Strong communication skills (must speak English clearly) Quick thinker & problem solver Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, organized, and reliable Strong personality — can lead and handle drivers Great customer service & phone etiquette Experience Helps — But Mindset Matters More Dispatch or transportation experience is a BIG PLUS Medical / NEMT experience is a PLUS No experience?
