What You’ll Do Handle advanced family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution Provide strategic guidance on complex and high-stakes cases Represent clients with professionalism, empathy, and confidence Serve as a mentor and resource for associate attorneys and paralegals Collaborate closely with leadership on case strategy, process improvements, and firm initiatives Contribute to a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For 13+ years of family law experience with a strong courtroom presence Active North Carolina law license and good standing Proven ability to manage complex cases independently Thoughtful communicator with sound judgment and emotional intelligence Leadership mindset—someone who enjoys supporting and elevating others Alignment with our core values: collaboration, integrity, empathy, and excellence Our Work Culture We are intentional about how we work together.
