The SAFETY AND SECURITY DIRECTOR, ROYAL BEACH CLUB shall have an understanding of the Safety and Quality Management Program including responsibilities in the Safety Organization according to the Emergency Plan, an excellent understanding of the Rules and Regulations and the Company's Policy and a thorough knowledge of the Security Manual and the Royal Beach Club Security Plan are essential for this position.All duties and responsibilities are performed following Royal Caribbean International's Brand Standards, the Royal Way philosophy, Company policies, and SOPs, Public Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Guidelines.This Job Description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties performed by the Royal Beach Club Team Member occupying this position.
