About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. This role focuses primarily on HOA communities , painting exterior decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and common areas . This is a great opportunity for a painter who values clean work, consistency, and working in an organized, professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, and priming

• Apply paint to decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and exterior surfaces

• Work safely on ladders, elevated surfaces, and shared-access areas

• Maintain clean, organized job sites in occupied HOA communities

• Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality standards

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members

• Represent Pest Patrol professionally when interacting with residents and property managers

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional painting experience
  
  
• Exterior painting experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work on ladders and elevated structures

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Professional attitude and respectful communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work with tools for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
