Partner with project managers and technical delivery leaders to ensure pursuit strategies are grounded in realistic staffing, delivery capacity, quality expectations, schedule commitments, risk management, and profitability. Monitor market performance, including sales results, pipeline health, backlog, client mix, net revenue forecasts, profitability, and business development spending. Represent DEA externally through client meetings, industry events, conferences, strategic partnerships, and visibility activities that strengthen DEA’s renewables brand in target markets. Partner on recruiting, retention, and talent development efforts to ensure DEA has the leadership, technical expertise, and client-facing capacity needed to grow the Renewables market.
