Director of Sales & Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead and execute sales initiatives that drive occupancy, grow market share, and maximize revenue across group, corporate, and event segments. At Holiday Inn , part of the globally recognized IHG Hotels & Resorts family, you’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on hotel performance while building strong client relationships and leading a dynamic sales effort. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive occupancy and ADR. Generate group, corporate, and event business . Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local partners . Conduct sales calls, site tours, and presentations . Negotiate contracts and close new business. Manage and grow the sales pipeline and prospecting efforts . Collaborate with operations to ensure successful event execution. Partner with leadership on pricing strategy and revenue optimization . Represent the hotel in the local business and hospitality community . What We’re Looking For: 3–5+ years of hotel sales experience . Proven success in group sales, corporate accounts, and events . Strong understanding of hotel revenue drivers (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR) . Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills . Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales tools, Delphi Experience preferred. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized. Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
