Requirements

• Current nursing license
• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in decision-making.
• Assess and evaluate patient care needs regularly.
