We’re looking for a skilled, detail-driven Body Shop Technician ready to level up their craft within a dealership that values precision, teamwork, and professional growth.What You’ll Do:You’ll bring damaged vehicles back to life with the same care and expertise that have made Mike Bass Ford a name customers rely on for decades. Your day-to-day will include:Performing high-quality collision and structural repairs that meet OEM standardsHandling dent removal, welding, and panel replacements with precisionPrepping vehicles for paint through sanding, priming, and maskingReplacing and adjusting body components: doors, bumpers, lights, glass, and trimMaintaining a clean, organized workspace and keeping accurate recordsCollaborating with teammates and service advisors to ensure efficient, transparent repairsWhat You Bring:At least 2 years of professional body shop experience (Ford or OEM certification a plus)Strong understanding of structural repair, metalwork, and refinishing processesAbility to use repair manuals, digital tools, and diagnostic equipment effectivelyA commitment to craftsmanship and safety standardsA valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbsWhat You’ll Get:Flat-rate pay: $20–$30+/hr (based on experience), paid weeklyComprehensive benefits package: health, dental, PTO, and 401(k)Access to training and advancement opportunities within one of Northeast Ohio’s most trusted dealershipsA shop culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and respectWhy Mike Bass FordYou’ll join a family-owned dealership where talent is recognized, effort is rewarded, and craftsmanship still matters.
