Associate Attorney (222960-05)#OFFICE_INDEEDThe firm’s practice includes construction defect, class action, and consumer law, representing a diverse range of clients including community associations, property owners, schools, municipalities, and other organizations.HoursFull-time, Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pmLocationHonolulu, OahuPay$100,000 to $160,000 a yearResponsibilitiesDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.Conduct legal research and prepare clear, persuasive written work.Manage assigned case responsibilities with partner oversight.Coordinate and work effectively with expert witnesses.Assist with case strategy, preparation, and ongoing litigation matters.Manage deadlines and prioritize multiple case assignments.Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff throughout the litigation process.QualificationsActive member of the Hawaii State Bar in good standing.3–7 years of civil litigation experience.Experience preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery requests and responses.Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to independently manage responsibilities while working collaboratively with a team.Sound professional judgment and strong follow-through.Construction defect and/or class action experience is a plus.Experience working with expert witnesses preferred.
