Abriendo en octubre de 2026 en Reston Station en la Línea Metro Silver, Ebbitt House ofrecerá los icónicos clásicos americanos del Old Ebbitt Grill, happy hours dos veces al día, un raw bar lleno de ostras y espectaculares exhibiciones de mariscos.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS
- Trabajador, atento y orientado a la hospitalidad, con el deseo de sobresalir y mantener el más alto nivel de servicio
- Experiencia como cocinero, cocinero de preparación o lavaplatos
- Disponibilidad flexible para trabajar en las mañanas, noches, fines de semana, días festivos y días de semana según sea necesario
LO QUE HARÁS COMO COCINERO DE LÍNEA
- Preparar la estación de cocina con los productos e insumos necesarios
- Leer órdenes en sistema y usar recetas para preparar los pedidos
- Operar equipos de cocina
- Limpiar, reabastecer y organizar la estación de trabajo durante el turno
- Cumplir con los altos estándares de Clyde's en seguridad e inocuidad alimentaria
LO QUE HARÁS COMO COCINERO DE PREPARACIÓN
- Lavar, pelar, rebanar, cortar en cubos, picar y preparar verduras crudas, carnes y pescados
- Usar la rebanadora comercial para cortar diferentes tipos de carnes, quesos y verduras; y el procesador de alimentos comercial para preparar ingredientes
- Operar hornos de convección, hornos convencionales y estufas de gas
- Levantar, manejar, pesar y porcionar alimentos utilizando una báscula de control de porciones
- Etiquetar, fechar y almacenar los productos preparados
- Limpiar y fregar el equipo de preparación y maquinaria, y barrer y trapear los pisos del área de preparación
LO QUE HARÁS COMO LAVAPLATOS
- Preparar, operar y dar mantenimiento a la máquina lavaplatos, verificando la temperatura del agua y los niveles de químicos para garantizar una limpieza adecuada; lavar ollas, sartenes, bandejas y contenedores grandes a mano según sea necesario
- Cargar, levantar y almacenar todos los platos, utensilios, bandejas y equipo de cocina en sus lugares correspondientes
- Limpiar y mantener la cocina en orden, incluyendo hornos, extractores, freidoras, tapetes del piso y todo el piso de la cocina
- Retirar la basura del área de lavado de platos y otras áreas de la cocina, depositarla en el contenedor y mantener los botes de basura limpios y con bolsa en todo momento
