Key Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly benefit liability reconciliations while researching and resolving discrepancies with operations, reimbursement, and IT teams


• Lead month-end close activities including journal entries, expense analysis, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support


• Identify and implement process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow efficiencies across accounting and operations


• Support budgeting initiatives, internal controls, and special projects related to business growth and organizational change


• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges and improve accounting processes
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance


• 3+ years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of GAAP, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes


• Advanced Excel skills required;
