Service Agent – Insurance Industry Client (Westlake, TX) Join the team as a Service Agent with our insurance industry client in Westlake, TX! In this role you will blend high-level client communication with technical insurance expertise. This role is a combination of inbound "Intro Calls" and complex non-call support, focusing on efficiency, policy accuracy, and peer mentorship across multiple lines of business. Salary: $41,600 - $52,000 per year Shift: First Work hours: 10 AM - 7 PM Education required: High school diploma or equivalent Responsibilities Manage inbound calls, chats, and texts with a focus on warm service and retention/cross-sell identification. Process policy endorsements, audits, and updates across 20+ top carriers and 150+ systems. Maintain 98%+ accuracy while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs. Navigate Salesforce, Vonage, and multi-carrier platforms with precision. Work weekends as required. Requirements 1–2 years in insurance service or non-call support. Ability to manage 5–10 state licenses and navigate complex CRM dashboards. Problem‑solving skills and a high attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent. Active Texas P&C License preferred, but not required.
