In this role, you will work directly with customers over the phone to guide travel inquiries, recommend vacation packages, and deliver a high-quality booking experience. Customer Experience Specialist Key Responsibilities Handle primarily inbound calls from customers interested in booking travel Engage customers in natural conversation to understand needs and recommend trips, packages, and add-on services Upsell vacation options and services to maximize booking value Navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers and accurately document customer information Answer customer questions and provide support throughout the booking process Maintain organized records and follow up on inquiries as needed Collaborate with the contact center team to meet sales and service goals Customer Experience Specialist Qualifications Experience in sales, upselling, retail, or customer service in a phone-based or client-facing environment Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers Ability to multitask across systems while on calls Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Openness to feedback, ongoing learning, and training Interest in travel or experience booking personal travel is a plus Must be open to working rotating Saturdays once or twice per month Compensation & Benefits Salary: $41,600 annually, plus potential to earn commission Medical, dental, and vision benefits offered If you’re excited about sales, enjoy connecting with customers, and want to grow within the travel industry, apply today!
