Role Description This full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Customer Service Representative is based in Chicago, IL, with some flexibility for work from home. The representative will assist customers in understanding insurance options, provide quotes, and guide them through policy selection for auto, home, life, and business insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Sales aptitude, including comfort with outbound calls, lead follow-up, cross-selling, and promoting insurance packages.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with diverse clients and internal team members.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with office software, CRM systems, and data entry.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and policy updates efficiently.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability on-site in Chicago, IL and accountability when working from home.
• Prior insurance, financial services, or customer-facing experience is preferred; bilingual abilities (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus.
