Ocean Import CoordinatorLocation: Jamaica, NYStatus: Direct HireSalary: Based on experience + full benefitsWhat You'd Be DoingSupport the West Coast Director of Business DevelopmentFocus on ocean FCL import + domestic trucking pricingObtain rates from vendors/overseas offices and prepare client quotationsServe as the liaison between clients, DBD, and overseas teamsAssist with global RFQs (Excel-based)Maintain pricing updates for all clientsUpdate CRM with proposals, client profiles, SOPs, etc.What They're Looking For5+ years in ocean freight forwardingStrong understanding of ocean freight + US trucking rate structuresExcellent communication skills — comfortable interacting with senior-level clientsSolid Excel skillsCollege degree preferred but not requiredSomeone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $68,000.00All compensation and pay rates are dependent upon skills and experience.
