Section Leader Campaign Analysis Section/Senior Manager Systems Engineer

Campaign Analysis Section Manager Lead a team of 8-15 Engineers in the Operations and Mission Analysis Southwest (OMA‑SW) Department to develop and integrate variable‑fidelity computer models and simulations, enabling accurate assessment of system and system‑of‑systems effects in complex threat environments. Responsibilities Lead a team to generate virtual and/or analytical solutions, identify technology gaps, and demonstrate operational benefits of new mission concepts. Develop requirements, test systems, and produce solutions in support of multiple programs across Air & Space, Land & Air Defense, and Naval Power domains. Oversee the delivery of products from the section and manage direct line‑management duties: performance development, appraisal, career development, staffing allocation, and adherence to company policies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business alignment. Drive communications between the section and Raytheon management, reporting status up and distributing information down. Evaluate end-to-end system needs, discover interfaces, and define data connectivity requirements across the kill‑chain. Model system and mission kill chains using tools such as AFSIM, RCADE and other simulation platforms. Develop metrics and results products that communicate the chain of events leading to actions. Implement algorithms to provide next‑generation performance across the entire system of systems. Qualifications – Required Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10years of prior relevant experience. Experience with CONOPS, campaign modeling, engagement and mission modeling, threat assessment & modeling. Experience with numerical optimization techniques, analysis of alternatives, or design of experiments. Experience with military operations analysis. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or MATLAB. Strong technical writing and oral communication skills. Team‑leadership experience with performance management and staffing. Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Raytheon owned Modeling and Simulation tools (OpsTool, RCADE) or Government/Industry tools (AFSIM, OneSAF, ESAMS, Brawler, JAAM, TGx, STK, TMAP). Experience with modeling and simulation of sensing systems and effectors. Design of experiments, statistical analysis, data analytics. Active DoD Top Secret clearance (preferred).
