Human Resources Assistant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of HR experience who is fully fluent in both Spanish and English and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. ⚠️ Full professional fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required for this role. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation Support onboarding, including assembling new hire packets and assisting with orientation Assist with background checks, fingerprinting, and employment verifications Provide support with employee relations and offboarding processes Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communication Conduct audits of HR files to ensure compliance and accuracy Support HR events such as open enrollment, employee engagement activities, and meetings Provide general administrative support to the HR team Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1+ year of Human Resources or administrative experience Fluent in Spanish and English Skills & Experience Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information Excellent organization and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom or similar) is a plus Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
