Territory Manager - El Paso Texas

Becton Dickinson seeks an experienced Territory Manager to lead Advanced Patient Monitoring product sales across El Paso and San Antonio, Texas. The role involves managing relationships with large healthcare systems and hospitals, driving revenue growth through new and existing accounts, and promoting continuous monitoring technologies for surgical and critical care settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for complex healthcare systems and integrated delivery networks
- Identify opportunities and close deals within assigned portfolio of large-scale healthcare organizations
- Analyze performance gaps and execute regional strategies to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain productive relationships with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and clinical decision-makers
- Explain Advanced Patient Monitoring product features and advantages relative to competitor offerings
Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field
- 3+ years progressive sales experience
- Medical devices industry experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Strong enterprise-level selling capabilities
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
