This role requires exceptional strategic planning, financial acumen, and execution skills to translate vision into quantifiable results. Essential Functions And Duties Develop and implement comprehensive corporate growth strategies, including market entry, diversification, and new product/service offerings. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. Lead the entire lifecycle of strategic transactions, including initial due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, negotiation, and post-merger integration planning. Collaborate closely with executive leadership and functional heads (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product) to ensure growth initiatives are aligned with overall company objectives. Conduct continuous market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic decision-making and identify disruptive threats/opportunities. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to strategic growth, presenting regular updates to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.
