The Sales Service Associate partners closely with assigned Sales Representatives to support customer accounts, manage order processing, coordinate with warehouse and shipping vendors, and assist with forecasting activities. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and works cross-functionally to ensure accurate order management and timely product delivery across B. Braun's product portfolio.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
* Interact with customers via phone, email, or in person.
* Process orders, forms, and request. Resolve or escalate customer complaints requests.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the proper methods and tools.
* Record product complaints in Discrepancy Management System and forward affected samples (if obtained from customer) to Quality for investigation.
* Provide pricing and delivery information.
* Set up new customer accounts.
* Create and maintain pricing contracts in SAP.
* Create Pro Forma Invoices, commercial invoices and CIF charges for International accounts.

Required:
* High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred.
* 2+ years of customer service and/or order processing experience
* 2+ years of SAP experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Regular and predictable on-site attendance
* Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport
Preferred Qualifications
* Salesforce experience
* Medical device, healthcare, or other regulated industry experience

Pay Range: $21.64/hr - $25.00/hr
