Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Registered Nurse (RN) position in Utica, New York. This role involves providing specialized care for adult and geriatric patients requiring cardiac catheterization procedures. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Utica, New York
• Required Qualifications: NY license active; BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association); minimum one year experience in STEMI/Code MI, Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Diagnostic Catheterization, Structural Heart procedures, femoral/radial access, balloon pump, Impella, atherectomy, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), closure devices; experience with electronic health records (EPIC, XPER); experience in adult and geriatric patient care; shift schedule: 4x10 hours, variable shifts, 40 hours per week; minimum experience required: 0 years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in electrophysiology lab or Pod D recovery; familiarity with common drugs such as verapamil, nitroglycerin, diltiazem, norepinephrine, dopamine, levophed; management of diagnoses including coronary artery disease (CAD) and heart failure.
• Additional Information: 75 MILE RADIUS RULE. Will accept local candidates with local rate applying. Floating: Floating rotation may be required to Electrophysiology Lab or Pod D recovery.
