Senior Data EngineerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with expertise in Python, Snowflake, and AWS to architect, develop, and optimize scalable applications.Responsibilities:Own and oversee production support alongside dedicated L1/L2 teams — driving incident resolution, root cause analysis, and prioritizing BAU enhancements to improve system reliabilityLead technical discussions, mentor developers, and drive best practicesDevelop ETL frameworks and toolsDesign and optimize databases (e.g., Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL)Deploy and manage cloud solutions on AWS (Lambda, Glue, S3, Airflow)Implement CI/CD pipelines, security best practices, and performance monitoringRequirements:Proven ability to manage production support operations, including incident triage, escalation handling, and coordination with L1/L2 support teams5 to 7 years of experience in Python backend developmentExpertise in Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and other DB toolsExpertise in AWS services, Scalr, TerraformExperience with ETL frameworks and toolsExperience with Kafka, event-driven architectureStrong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsNice to have:Experience working for the technology department of an Asset Management firmExperience in Loan Asset class and/or Private Placements
