IT Desktop Support & CRM Admin

Salary: $60,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements:

• At least 2 years of IT helpdesk, desktop support, or technical support experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
• Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, hardware, and common business applications
• Experience managing user accounts, permissions, and access
• Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
• Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
• Preferred: Experience in a law firm or other professional services environment
• Preferred: Experience with CRM platforms and VOIP services
• Preferred: Familiarity with legal or case management software
• Preferred: Experience with network switches, printers, structured cabling, and office AV equipment

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, applications, printers, and network connectivity
• Set up and troubleshoot computers, monitors, headsets, printers, and other office technology
• Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, CRM platforms, VOIP services, and other business applications
• Create, update, and disable user accounts, permissions, and system access
• Prepare technology and accounts for new employees and assist with offboarding
• Maintain accurate inventories of computers, peripherals, network equipment, and other IT assets
• Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues and assist with switches, cabling, and office technology
• Document recurring issues, procedures, and equipment assignments
• Coordinate with external IT or technology vendors when escalation is needed
• Apply appropriate security practices when managing devices, accounts, and confidential information
• Take ownership of support issues by investigating causes, communicating clearly, and following through to resolution
• Configure laptops, resolve access issues, replace equipment, troubleshoot network connections, and prepare technology for new employees

We are a fast-paced professional services organization seeking an on-site IT Helpdesk Specialist to support attorneys, legal staff, and administrative employees and help maintain a secure, reliable technology environment. The position is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and is full-time and permanent; remote and hybrid work are not available. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 4:45 PM.
