Job Description

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, encompassing physical assessments and comprehensive medical history reviews
• Assist in diagnosing surgical issues through the analysis of imaging results and laboratory findings
• Work closely with surgeons to formulate and implement tailored surgical treatment strategies
• Contribute intraoperatively by preparing surgical environments, ensuring precise patient positioning, and providing instruments during cases
• Offer exceptional pre- and post-surgical care, addressing medication needs, wound care, discharge plans, and patient education

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Completion of clinical rotations with a surgical focus is highly preferred

Certifications

• Current and unrestricted PA-C credential
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
