Location: Bethlehem, PA Pay Rate: $23.00 – $40.00 per hour Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday | 6 AM – 4:30 PM Wednesday – Saturday | 6 AM – 4:30 PM Overtime scheduled as needed

Job Duties

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, sortation systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), and warehouse equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and repair motors, sensors, photo-eyes, VFDs, PLCs, HMIs, dock equipment, and related automation systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, motor control diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Utilize CMMS software to manage work orders, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory.
• Support equipment installations, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety standards.
• Mentor junior technicians and support team development (senior-level roles).

Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (higher-level roles require additional experience).
• Experience with conveyors, automated material handling equipment, or distribution center maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V, PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Technical certification, maintenance apprenticeship, or related degree preferred.
• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
