Assistant Property Manager

Job Description

Must know:

AppFolio

Microsoft Suite – Excel, One Drive, Word, Acrobat, Outlook

Traits:

Organizational, Initiative, Proactive

Duties – (not limited to)

Maintain (audit) Property Insurance Policy due dates
Maintain (audit) Tenant insurance policies
Monitor Work Orders in AppFolio – close out, timing, billing uses
Create work orders when necessary
Familiar with Leasing/Renewal, People, Properties and Maintenance pages in AppFolio
Run monthly delinquencies
Process incoming tenant checks – check scanner, tenant receipt in AppFolio, create deposit in AppFolio
Handle billing status and issues
Maintain and follow up on New Property onboarding
Work with vendors – set up appointments, follow up, close out status
