AppFolio
Microsoft Suite – Excel, One Drive, Word, Acrobat, Outlook
Traits:
Organizational, Initiative, Proactive
Duties – (not limited to)
- Maintain (audit) Property Insurance Policy due dates
- Maintain (audit) Tenant insurance policies
- Monitor Work Orders in AppFolio – close out, timing, billing uses
- Create work orders when necessary
- Familiar with Leasing/Renewal, People, Properties and Maintenance pages in AppFolio
- Run monthly delinquencies
- Process incoming tenant checks – check scanner, tenant receipt in AppFolio, create deposit in AppFolio
- Handle billing status and issues
- Maintain and follow up on New Property onboarding
- Work with vendors – set up appointments, follow up, close out status
