Implement best practices for data governance and management.Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on the use of reporting tools and best practices. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Monitor the performance of reporting solutions. Use metrics and feedback to drive improvements and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency of reporting solutions.Required skills and qualifications:Proficient in reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, ThoughtSpotExcellent in SQL skills requiredExperience in Oracle Exadata, SnowflakeExperience in Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data ValidationExperience in Angular preferredExperience in Apache Echarts, D3 charts or any equivalent visualization frameworks is preferred.Minimum 8 years of development experience in Reporting technology.Ability to understand and articulate problems and solution in technology and business termsAbility to understand and articulate technology and business impactMinimum 5 years of experience working in Data warehouses, Data marts, data integration and Data Governance processes.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple concurrent projects.
